I want to play music from my phone/laptop/tv - would I be better suited with something like the Logitech z-2300 computer speakers or the more expensive option of getting an amp like the Denon PMA520 and some bookshelf speakers?   Sound quality is most important, but I live in an apartment so...

I can get this sub for 150 Euro second hand, I'd it worth adding to the setup?  Thinking I'll go with the pioneer amp

Cheers for the info. Would the pioneer be a better bet than the lepai do you think? I can't get that sub in Ireland without paying a lot in postage, but will look for something similar.  I presume it would be a nice addition Andes worth the extra cash

Looking at getting a budget but decent setup for Xmas. Don't want to spend more than €150!   I want to connect it to my tv but it will mainly be used for listening to music from my laptop and my HTC One Android phone.   Im thinking Lepai LP-2020 amp  and Wharfdale 9.0 speakers to go with it...
