I'm look for headphones that are on upper end of the frequency scale but yet has present bass response for the bass player and drummer,and I'm looking for fairly forward mids so the vocals come across with clarity and accuracy.I might be able to wiggle on my budget.

I did the venting mod,4 holes.dampening mod with felt and foam,and removed the grill,I also removed the fabric in front of the drivers.

Nevermind it was all in my head. :)

Ok so I have done the dampening,venting and quarter mod on my grado sr-60es.now I was thinking of changing the cup to wood,but i dont now where to get some.I also was looking at getting a magnum driver,what are they all about? I can't find that much information about them.

I added felt on the magnet and around the inside of the cup,I also put foam behind the button and I did the venting mod,I added 4 more holes,would the felt effect the sound signature?

I would like to be another par of grados but I heard as the price goes up on the grados it hardly gets any better,it has to be under 400 dollars

I did this sick mod by cutting the toe end of the socks off and then folding them up over the the headphones,they sound amazing,what do u guys think
