i know the thing is after i did an update my dx90 got stuck at the boot screen.... however i can still access the recovery menu by holding the volume up button 

any idea how one can update from the sd card in the recovery menu? it says can not found firmware image or invalid image. when i inserted the update.img in the root of the sd card dx90 got stuck at the boot screen after i updated to 2.1.0
