It worked for me when I just dragged and dropped into AK100.  I know it didn't work when I tried to put it in System which I think was recommended.

I'm just going by what happened to me,  just the facts.  I think it's a bit silly to start looking for reasons my personal AK100 could have had other technical problems when there is one glaringly obvious. Just google it. I did a lot of research at the time but I'm not doing it again. Haha!! 

An exerpt from a correspondence I had with  Grado  This was after I had blown drivers in 3 sets of iGrado's .     "AK100 does have an output impedance that is higher than what would be ideal. It's output can clip and that can cause any headphone to fail."   Grado suggested I buy  an AK120...

If you have an original AK100 with the high impedance,  it might just blow the drivers in your Grados. But it will sound wonderful until they do.

For  mk2 that would be an excellent price.  

Steep learning curve here:) Why would they sound different if they have the same specs except for impedance .??
