    Shanling M0 - Smallest Hi-Res Portable Player - New Firmware V3.6

I've an issue with the 3.0 firmware. I'm running it with lineout mode (high gain + LO) (without high gain LO does not output the right level). It works fine when playling local music. As soon as switched to bluetooth with LDAC mode the sound is barely audible and I cannot change it with volume...

    Shanling M0 - Smallest Hi-Res Portable Player - New Firmware V3.6

When using USB-C to USB-A OTG adapter plus USB-A to USB-C to the speaker. As soon as connected there is a black screen on M0 and it need to be power up again. I've tried the 3.0 firmware (great!) but same issue. Find the debug output for this device from the phone perspective: USBAudioDevice: fd...

    Shanling M0 - Smallest Hi-Res Portable Player - New Firmware V3.6

Thanks for your answer. I've tried another combination that works on my phone but not with Shanling M0 (with USB-C to USB-A OTG then USB-A to USB-C cable). In that case Shanling M0 is crashing (power down) and I need to restart it. Is there a chance to fix this issue ?

    Shanling M0 - Smallest Hi-Res Portable Player - New Firmware V3.6

I've tested latest firmware 2.5 because i'm interested to act as a bridge between bluetooth and an USB speaker or play directly to speaker with digital output. This USB speaker works fine under windows in USB-C. When I'm trying to connect with USB-C to USB-C cable (i've tried multiple cable)...

    Shanling M0 - Smallest Hi-Res Portable Player - New Firmware V3.6

It does not seems to be the case. I can power up and have sound on my desktop DAC with Vlink192 (http://www.musicalfidelity.com/support/discontinued-products/vSeries/v-link192) plugged to the same usb-C OTG. Edit: Is there someone using it sucessfully in DAC mode with native Tidal / Qobuz...

    Shanling M0 - Smallest Hi-Res Portable Player - New Firmware V3.6

Shanling M0 is a great small mobile device. My only missing feature is to be able to use it wired as a DAC on Android (native for offline play and UAPP for streaming) I've tried to connect to my Mate 20 Pro, it display 24B / 48Khz and no sound at all (native app or UAPP). Is it working for some...

    Audeze Mobius review / impressions

Mine stopped working yesterday. :( The headphone is detected by USB but the Audeze HQ application cannot see it. There is no sound output at all when trying to power up or down. When trying to power up it is red with flashing purple after some time, it is flashing blue. Is it possible to...

    Review: Violectric V800 DAC

Yes, thanks but I'm already at +6dBu on the V800 and -6 on the Opal but the power output is just a too high with this. The other solution pointed out by Fried privatly was to use the RCA which is -9 lower than the balanced, it is better but not at the ideal listening level.

    Review: Violectric V800 DAC

Thanks project86! Your review guided me to my current system.    Recently i've added the Event Opal connected thought XLR. The only drawback is that the DAC output level is a little high. The listening level with the digital potentiometer is best used on the lower half part.   Really happy...

Rockbox for iBasso DX50 dual boot with stock firmware

For those interested dbm (http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/~davison/software/dbm/) and beatunes works for playlist. You just need to batch rename the path in the playlist.

Rockbox for iBasso DX50 dual boot with stock firmware

I've used rockbox a lot on DX50 and now trying advanced things :D   How to charge AND play music (dont unmount the external_sd FS) ? Is it possible to store Playlists folder on the external SD ?   The more I use, The more I love it. ;)

Rockbox for iBasso DX50 dual boot with stock firmware

Maybe a trick for date will be to use the modified date on a special file on sdcard. ex: on host : echo `date` > /mnt/sdcard/.date   on dx50 when rockbox start: read date file if present   this will have the advantage to get 'recently added' working ?

To xzcc:   Great with those fixes it is really good! Do you saw some low level settings on android that can improve things (clock / jitter) or WM8740 settings (filter slow/fast, ...)
