Best value Bluetooth earpods (NOT IEMs)
Hi folks, I did have a search around but failed to find specifically this subject. I'll be renewing my phone soon, which brings with it the abscence of a 3.5mm headphone socket. Although the Airpods are very good I don't want to spend that much so am looking for a not-quite-as-good but cheaper...- sierras

Searching for decent earbuds (not IEMs)
My Memt T5s arrived today. Nicely presented and look well put together. Popped them straight into my SamS7e for local file playback so only mp3 (bumped down from Flac or wav using Lame/Foobar2000). I elected to use the standard silicon slips and found the buds to be a good and stable fit, I may...- sierras

Searching for decent earbuds (not IEMs)
Thanks assassin10000, The Memt T5 looks like a good shout after reading reviews. I did skim through the huuuuuge thread you mention but it seemed to concentrate on $5 or $150 buds.- sierras

Searching for decent earbuds (not IEMs)
Hi, As per title, my ok-ish Philips SHE3205 buds have just failed after over 5 years of service so I'm looking for replacements. I have tried the Airpods which are good for both fit and SQ but far out of budget. I've tried the likes of Monks MKii which are great value but not good enough SQ...- sierras

Earbuds Round-Up
That's as may be but I did say I liked the Philips at only £10. It has no glaring lumps or holes in its FR as the others quoted do. Check them out ;)- sierras

Earbuds Round-Up
I haven't read through this thread since way back (page 877), where I decided to try some cheapies i.e Monk+, Hi-Z 32 & Qian39. For me they did not live up to the praise heaped on them with the Monk+ being the best of them. By pure chance I purchased a set of Philips SHE3205 for around a...- sierras

Earbuds Round-Up
Thanks for the reply, I had a quick read up, the reference to Grado-like sound is a little off putting for me as I associate that with bright sounding. Apart from whatever I settle on I will also get some Monk+, if i don't like them I know my son will!- sierras

Earbuds Round-Up
This is a huge thread with a lot of contenders. Is there a general consensus for a stand out set of buds (not on ear or IEM) up to approx. £50/60? I've used some old HisSound PAA-1 in the past that were OK and even the buds with my Samsung S7E with their gel shapes are much better than...- sierras

The Ear Pads Thread (post questions or say what ear pads worked for you)
Yes, I saw those but they are far from being a good copy. Vinyl as apposed to velor and do not have the mounting rings that the 560ovii requires. However, if you have experience of fitting them, as per my orginal post, I'm all ears ;)- sierras

The Ear Pads Thread (post questions or say what ear pads worked for you)
Any info out there? Do the HD540 pads fit the HD560ovII? Over €50 for pads just seems a bit OTT to me.- sierras

The Ear Pads Thread (post questions or say what ear pads worked for you)
Hi folks, Does anyone know where I can obtain replacement earpads for my Sennheiser HD560ovII without paying through the nose? Custom Cable and Sennheiser direct have them for £33 plus postage (£12 to Spain). Thoman have them at €33 plus €20 postage! These are my workhorse cans that I...- sierras
