Some how or other one of the lines to the 9-volt battery clamp came loose (darned flimsey thing!) This should be really easy to repair no?

I recently aquired some nice I.C's., very nice sound, only thing is at 1.5 meters they are a lot longer than I need (could get by with .5) Question is, do you think sound quality would noticbly improve if I cut out a meter of cable and re-terminated them? Your responce will be appreciated!

Hello, I recently ordered (and am waiting for) some Signal analog-2 custom made IC's from this Frank guy. Apparently these are an excellent value. Anyone have experience with these? Doug
