The connection between my headpones plug and my Corda Blues jack is slippery! If I touch-fiddle with the jack a bit, I can get both channels, apparently full-on. But the slipperyness of the connection bothers me, and with time I imagine it could get worse. I would like to open up the Corda and maybe replace the jack, but I'm afraid of doing more harm than good, cracking the thing open.

Any tips on this would be appreciated.

Assuming it's not a dirty contact problem, changing the jack may be the only option. Try contacting Jan for a replacement.
