Alright guys, back on track. Too much interpretation of emotions from text here about non audiosense products. Whats correct? I like bright and extended treble, and all though the Massdrop plus is a really good IEM, I'll usually reach for tin T2 because of the treble roll off on the MDP. There will be people who share my opinions and people who don't. T800 I think has it right, start off hot, and...

Thanks for that! I'm basically looking for the next step up from the MDP, whilst keeping in the same price bracket, and it seems like the t800 will be the magic number. I am on the hunt for my price/performance ratio peak ;) Now, I know phones are not the best source, but how is the t800 out of...

From headphonia 336c review (more of a shoot out with the crack "The 336c is warmer, while the Crack is more neutral. The 336c pulls out a little more detail from the sound, but is grainier. The Crack is cleaner, but with the slightest bit less micro detail" Some parts of the world, shipping...

Right, so I have come to the end of my internet research, these are my findings from sifting through many threads. Schiit Valhalla 2 (OTL White Cathode Follower) Neutral, fast, clean, detailed, good staging, good air. A bit lean and la KOcking in macro-dynamics and slam found in the TOTL tube amps. Can be a bit dry sounding and have a sandy quality to the upper registers. Warmed up tubes, laid-back sounding...

336se vs crack speedballed by DefQon on another thread "While I don't have the HD650's, I do own the HD800 and HD600's(using HD580 headband frame). So would you say the crack is a slight or a rather noticeable improvement on the mkiii? I've heard that speedballed crack is better then the mk iv and the mk iv is on par with non speedball crack, and the mkiv is slightly better then the mkiii. I'm trying to decide between the mkiv...

The Little Dot Mk IV / SE Impressions Thread

kingaljrI think if you go back to the beginning of this thread, people were saying that grados theoretically shouldn't pair well (low impedance cans with high impedance OTL), but listeners were happy with the mk iii/iv with their cans. so make of that what you will i suppose.
