As the title suggests, i would like to know how these two compare. Price difference is not an issue. Like my name suggests, i listen to dubstep, rap and trap and thats pretty much it, so I definitely do enjoy bass, but i do not want it to ruin the other frequencies too much. I understand...

Subbed, definitely interested about the MDR-1RMK2, hope the difference is more than just an extra cable. If so, I`d definitely consider buying these as I`m looking to buy some cans soon.    If anyone finds out anything about the 1rMk2, don`t be shy to post here or PM me.

If i were to stick wih my iPod for now, would i be better off buying a LOC with an apple plug and buying a lighting adapter or could i just get a 3.5mm to 3.5mm LOC and plug it into my iPod's headphone jack? Would option #2 affect sound quality since i would not be using my iPod's main output...

Ah i get it now, thanks. I'm sure a simple google search would have explained to me what a DAP was, but that would require effort :P. I'll definitely consider that route. Thanks, Chris

Thanks to all 3 of you for your input. The M-100's are definitely my 2nd favourite as of now. As for the L9, thank you Noxa for confirming the pain in the posterior region which can be felt during usage, i will look elsewhere :P Thanks, Chris

Hey all, After doing some more research (i just can't stop!!!), it seems that the L9 LOD has a few flaws, such as the fact that it blocks the headphone "out" jack on the E11. Can anyone here confirm this and/or suggest a better LOD option? 99% of my music listening is with a 5th gen iPod...
