recommendations for upgrading kz zs10 pro
I think the variations from Moondrop is pretty good when I auditioned it. Or you can try test the TRI Starsea. I haven't tried it myself. I have the Zsx and I have the Moondrop Kato and Aria and I prefer the Zsx.- zamorin

Linsoul KZ ZS10 Pro upgrade
I think I agree with him. I have the ZSX (it's not treble heavy or does it lack bass...for me). Maybe one or few of your drivers failed/not wired properly etc because I have the same issue with the Kz DQ6. Check if only one or both the iems are having the same issue.- zamorin

Moondrop in-ear monitors Impressions Thread
Glad you like the kato and your experience seems to be the opposite of mine. Did you do a burn-in? I probably should try comparing them again.- zamorin

Is it worth upgrading from the Moondrop Starfield?
I think you should try/get multi-BA or Hybrid IEM's, I can't hear details in Aria/Kato/Blon 03 (dynamic) that I can with Multi-BA or hybrids. The Moondrop variation 2 is pretty good when I demo-ed but out of my budget.- zamorin

IEM under $100
I have the moondrop aria but I am curious why that made your list? I might probably be able to share some of my views. This is my subjective view. I don't think Aria is suitable for rap, it's ok for rock music, it has decent soundstage (I think even better than Kato). But for rap music, I...- zamorin

Choosing between different Iems I. Range from 70 to 230 dollars
Just hope it's my subjective opinion. BTW the Kz DQ6 I got one side of it not working even when not using it often. Bad quality/QC, the ZSX seems to hold up better.- zamorin

Choosing between different Iems I. Range from 70 to 230 dollars
I have the Kz ZSX, Moondrop Kato and Aria. I still like the sound of my ZSX better. If I want to get an iem that costs more than 5 times the price of the ZSX, it must atleast be better than the cheaper one in terms of SQ, details, seperation etc. There is so much details that you can get from...- zamorin

Starting iem enthousiast looking for advice
Frankly speaking I have the Moondrop Aria and Kato and the Kz ZSX. The zsx in my fav among those 3. I mostly think the other 2 are hype considering zsx costs half the price of Aria. The Kato though comes with a good cable. Whatever the harmon sound or curves, one can't ignore the fact that zsx...- zamorin

BLON BL-MAX Impressions
I have the Blon 03, Aria and the KZ ZSX. Out of the 3, the 03 has little details the Aria has much more details (its still new and might need more burn-in) and ZSX has the most details, instrument separation and good base. I prefer it over the other 2 and the ZSX is around $50.- zamorin

IEM recommendation for around 100$
I have the Moondrop Aria and KZ ZSX. I prefer the sound of the ZSX, it seems to have more details. I just got the Aria, maybe needs to burn in more. I auditioned the Moondrop Kato, that's pretty good too and comes with 2 filters and a very nice cable and new type of ear tips, about US$150...- zamorin

Cable repair
I will do that else it's just a waste, the cable is very nice other than that. I just saw your iem collection, just want to know how is the Starfield compared to Kz ZSX? Is it better/ much better than ZSX? I was thinking of getting either the Starfield or the TRI Starsea. I like the ZSX sound...- zamorin

Looking for comfortable over the ear IEMS
I am looking around for a IEM with a $150 budget, and currently I've narrowed it to TRI Starsea, never had an iem which can change sound profiles like it. Not sure if it is gimmicky but it got good reviews. They just released a new one called Starshine but pretty steep.- zamorin

Cable repair
Thank you. From the pix I posted, the plug seems to be a single piece, maybe I am missing/ can't see the place where 2 pieces would be connected, then atleast I could have tried opening it to check the connection. I think I should get a solder set, got 2 other iems with loose connections. :)- zamorin

Cable repair
I bought a IEM cable from KBear but it gives a muddled underwater kind of sound unless I hold the plug of the cable tight with my hands connecting to the port. Is there a way I can repair it myself? The seller I bought from at Shopee was ok with the return but Shopee rejected and refunded me the...- zamorin

Questions about the BLON BL-03 and Kz ZSX
I just got the BLON BL-03 along with the Kz ZSX. I don't get why the BLON is so popular, it seems to have every frequency in the same ratio/position and with very little instrument separation or space inbetween the sounds (don't know what that is called). Does it need to be burned in or is it...- zamorin

Need Help, is CIEM really much more comfortable than Universal IEM ?
No, there are no silicone and foam tips. My ciem had a small hairline crack (very hard to notice) on the tip end of it so when I use it longer, it will iritate that part of it where it contacts my ear so in that way not very comfortable. It could have happened when I dropped it, not sure but I...- zamorin

Need Help, is CIEM really much more comfortable than Universal IEM ?
Think it really depends on the measurements taken, materials used , weight etc. I didn't find my ciem to be any more comfortable than a uiem and our ear shape itself can change, i think mine would have changed in around my 10 yrs of use.- zamorin
