I have the SRH440 for a week now. Very good with vocals, but a little lacking in the bass department. I'm trying out the M50 right now (it has a straight cable, so I'm getting the coiled cable version from Amazon), and so far it sounds really good. More bass, but the mids are still pretty clear...

Thanks. I was thinking about the SRH840 also, but don't know if it's worth the price.     @tdockweiler The price difference between the SRH840 ($200) and Koss Pro DJ 100 ($50) is pretty big. How's the sound quality between the two?
