Sony MDR 7506 vs Audio Technica ATH-M30
I would say go for it. I had the Sony's, but after hearing the ATH-m30's I gave it to my brother. The mids and vocals are very clear, not thin like the Sony headphone. All in all a better headphone. And for those who love the Sony's because they can change the ear pieces to the Beyer pads, so...- tecal4

Try the Audio Technica ath-m30 phones. They're pretty new and can be found on the web, priced as low as 49.99. They sound similar to the Sony V6, but the midrange is far better, and the highs are not as harsh. Good flat response and are comfortable closed monitor headphones. The ath-m40fs...- tecal4
