I had all three types in my system. PS Audio is the best for amps and pre-amps. I also liked Magic form Signal better than LAT. I use Audience on my cd player because of the synergy as I use audience xlr from cd to pre-amp.

I've ordered HD600. If you email for pricequote, Headroom price for 600 is $230. J&R matched that price. Headroom HD595 price is $199. J&R price for 595 is $190.

I just could not wait anymore, so I've ordered from J&R also and with 2nd day shipping, it will come on Tuesday. They have matched Headroom price.

I should be clear little bit. I've ordered HD595 from Headroom on the 2nd and being told they will get them on the 7th and will ship, they did not. The date changed to 14th and guess what they did not get it and now they are saying probably next week, not sure. I've asked them about HD600 and...

Thanks for reply. B&H, J&R and some other places have it in stock but I don't understand why Headroom can't get them sooner. Headroom price is the best price in the market and I don't want to cancel my order but waiting 3~4 weeks is too long.

Anyone ordered HD595 or HD600 in the last 2~3 weeks ? What's the waiting time ? I keep getting different dates everyweek.

What will be the best, HD595 or something else ? I'll be using the headphone mostly with ipod or pc but occationally will be using with home stereo system. Don't have a plan to buy an amp now maybe in future. Mostly listen to Jazz/Blues/Some classic rock etc. My Sony MDR CD-570 is really old...
