I bought this recently and watched it all. Absolutely breathtaking. I highly reccomend to anyone who may be reading the thread and hasn't watched it yet.

On gear, about $1500. On music I've discovered through this site... probably another $1500.

I won't say I'm "done", because there's a lot of stuff out there I'd like to get my hands on eventually. However, I'm not likely to be getting any new gear in the near future. My money is going into the music.

I'm not really into it at the moment, but I watched some sports in HD on my buddy's TV a while back and damn. If one thing will convince me to get an HDTV eventually, it's hockey in HD. Fortunately I simply can't afford a good HDTV and/or digital cable.
