I've heard many good things about the Ultimate Ears Triplefi 10 and seems pretty reasonable for the price. Does anyone have a comparison between these and the Etymotic ER-4 PT, which are my first choice at the moment?

I know there are ER-4 models with different letters at the end like 4S and 4P, what do they mean? Are they very different?

They have got pretty poor noise isolation, but the sound is a bit more than acceptable. But the cables look quite fragile and in fact they are, mine just broke a week ago...
