Can anyone share preferred settings to EQ Mojo 2 sound closer to Mojo 1? Looking to pick up an M2 after many years away from audio, and much as I’m looking forward to the upgrade, it would be nice to revisit the signature of the OG I have such fond memories of. Thanks!

Not sure about eBay availability but the model is just P9, not PX9.

I loved mine, and still consider it very fondly.

I'd be curious to try these but M&D distribution in Australia is sorely lacking.

I think the angled driver is definitely what contributes to the wear sensor issue, although the angled design definitely wasn’t a last minute thing given it goes right back to the P9 and OG PX.

Really appreciate the updated impressions. Very close to grabbing a pair. I was a such a huge fan of the M500 sound signature and wished for it in an over-ear. Unfortunately the Space One Wireless didn’t quite do it, with comfort in particular. These sound very much what I was hoping for with those.

I’m particularly surprised though that most outlets don’t seem to have even received PX8 review units. Unlike the PX7 S2, which had day 1 reviews everywhere. Surely that’s the least B&W could’ve done.

Must agree on this. I don’t think I’ve seen a B&W headphone launch to such little marketing effort. I saw a FB post from their official page earlier linking to a PX8 ‘review’ that was nothing of the sort, and purely a reconstituted press release. That’s not even seeming to be trying.

Excited to pick up a pair. Choosing the colour will be more of a struggle than usual though. Worried about the tan/white finish getting grimy, but it would be kinda nice to have a finish that sets it apart from my other B&Ws. Decisions.

Strange. When I try to paste the direct link https://www.complex.com/style/bowers-and-wilkins-px8 I get a 404, suggesting it’s now been taken down. It’s the first PX8 hit I get on Google though and still seems to work that way. The carbon cone was really the only info it had.
