Mine was repacked by DHL and not in the typical amazon packaging (shipped to Toronto). Just a piece of cardboard with plastic wrap. Pretty sure mine was partially opened too but no problems with it so far.

My W40 is less than a year old. I called Westone and they will take care of the repair.    Was trying to swap the cable to the Westone bluetooth cable and this happened.

I tried removing the epic cable but the connector is still stuck inside. Anyone had this issue before? How should I remove it now? Thanks in advance.
