TF10's cable keeps dying on me, been through 3 replacements already. Try another brand?

ok those kind of prices are WAAAAY out of my budget. the earphones only cost me about $100 during the black friday sale last year. im looking for something under $50. Im not looking for a cable that improves the sound quality. As long as it dosent make it crappy, or die in 2 months, i'd be...

TF10's cable keeps dying on me, been through 3 replacements already. Try another brand?

Just wondering what other brands of cables i shoudl try out. i find the orignial ones very comfortable, so i prefer one thats similar to the original one, but i dont want it dying on me every 2 months so it has to be well made. If it has a microphone thats a bonus, as i'm using the TF10vi and i...

thanks! will try calling them    also, if i have to buy a replacement myself, which one is the best if you have a low budget? i kinda like the over ear type as i've gotten used to the stock cables. also durability is a major concern for me after these died so fast :(

i dont do over ear unless the thing says its specifically designed for over ear use. i was wearing them as normal, its worse in my right ear than my left ear. was planning to use this for when im in situations (like camping) that i dont want to risk killing my TF10's in.    i havent tried it...

having finally got and tested my TF10's and Isurus, i can safely say that the Isurus are outstanding value for the 15 pounds i paid for them, however there is just no comparison to the TF10's. The TF10's sound way better to me IMO.    Sadly though, the Isurus are rather uncomfortable for me...

Ultimate ears triple fi 10 is on sale for under 150 at the moment, they used to go for over 300. IEM's ~$100 Bass? Check!!!

Check out the new Sony XBA series. I tried the XBA 2 yesterday and it was very bassy. It's the new series using balanced armature drivers. The number denotes the number of drivers. Hence the XBA 4 has 4 drivers two of which handle the low frequencies.

Bought my Fiance some Senn CX500's for her birthday, but have some questions..

You'll be able to tell instantly by trying them out. The bass is very tinny and well, they sound like a cheap pair of earphones that have been transplanted into a iem casing.   But there are better earphones out there around the price range of the cx500's. Soundmagic Pl30 and E10 come to...

Dont think it will be anything like the EX series, its a balanced armature design   only seen one review so far, apparently the XBA-3 sounds pretty much exactly like the TF10. i guess my only option is the TF10 as its the only one within my already very stretched budget!!
