Assuming it's still under warranty, is the warranty transferable?

I enjoy my Bose, wondering if my virgin T50RPs will top them, I didn't buy them for NC anyways.

Great, so would I be well off getting the XB700s for my first pair of real headphones, and are they a ****ton better than Bose ones ( around ear )

Now will the XB700s still play normal music ( IE Jazz / Rock / Classical ) just fine, or are these JUST for bass?

Okay, I appreciate all of the advice, I sort of feel like I'm being too picky for my first set of " real " headphones, but I just want to invest in a nice pair that will last me a while, and play a broad range of music that sounds great.   So are the Sony XB700s a nice pair of first headphones?
