I could compare Niimbus US5 Pro and HoloAudio Bliss KTE. I found Niimbus extremely transparent and neutral with outstanding soundstage... but also emotionally very cold and almost sterile, to a degree that I couldn`t enjoy my music anymore and was only busy with "observing" placement of tunes...

With wich Amp have you used them? I heard they sound beautifully with T+A Headphone Amp, but curious if they sound equally good with some different Amp`s. Bachram

It is a bit confusing that no one  writes how new one sounds in comparison to old one... Or I'm missing here something? Are you posting it somewhere else?   For me the HE1000 is one of the best sounding Headphones on the market... I maybe would wish a bit more smoothness in treble, othervice...

Interesting that people that have LS Systems as usual get satisfied with only one pair of LS, why that doesn't work with headphones? Are headphones so bad? Or maybe we should more concentrate on the Music we listening to than on headphones we listening through?..

I think to get a bit near in depth and instrument layering to R10, MD5000 have to get more changes in tonality (frequency response balance) and sacrifice even much more it's strong bass presence. Anyway for purists R10 will stay at anytime unrivaled, but if one could bring D5000 more near in...

Hi, It's difficult and expensive to get StefanAudio hardwire cable here in Germany, is there any other options to hardwire my K1000 with quality cable, maybe there is something even better? I'm sure many of you have tried other cables too... Appreciate your attention and advice.

I would not agree with you Nik, you like more warmth and more bass on K1000 but there are many who die for neutrality and analytical sound and may be thats why they love K1000. I think you are looking for Sennheiser sound but on higher level, don't you?
