Picked up iShuffle, intial comments
I purchased a 512 iShuffle yesterday, because>>>>>when I go out the door in the morning, I need to focus on work and want some entertainment and don't need to drag HDD's and all kinds of other hardware that could be damaged (dropped my H320 twice in the past month), lost, or stolen. Kind of like...- endrun

Which is the BEST 20gb MP3 player?
Why bother to ask on this forum. The answer here (hear) will be Rio first and Zen second, for now, so if you are asking for validation, you already know the answer. Go for broke and buy a pod, or a zen or a rio or an iriver, or whatever. Two months from now there will be another thing a ma jig.- endrun

H320 Line out
We know it's not a true line out, for crying out loud, it's an mp3 player, get over it. I have been viewing this board for a couple months, and I swear, some of you people must not think your shxx don't stink, the way you act and respond to people who are just trying to learn and understand...- endrun

H320 Line out
Yes it has a line out and a line in and a headphone out. I connect it to a receiver ie to the tape playback/record and record XM sat rad. The volume level out of the line out is very slightly higher than the headphone out and can be controlled by the volume control- endrun

Gilmore Lite vs V2 out question
Just need a little clarification, the Lite output is a passthrough period and the V2 is a preamp out, thus meaning if I has the V2 and using the preamp out to my Yamaha consumer grade receiver I would have +++ audio quality out of my Yamaha???? and the Lite passthrough output would be of no...- endrun

Thoughts on my ER4p
I do agree with the industrial look, they look more technical vs E3's, I just try and stay out of the "looks" department, leave that to the wife, but and a big but, I really like the blue/red deal. On my E3c's I put a small dot with permenant marker on the back of the left bud, solved that problem.- endrun

Thoughts on my ER4p
I'll throw my 2 cents in here too. I received my Ety's this past Friday (from Earsonic, great price by the way). I also have a set of E3C's, so compared to the E3C's, the Ety's have a better sound, by what degree??? they do sound very good. I noticed at the beginning of this thread it was...- endrun

Gilmore V2 or Emme XP7
Decision time, Anyone want to sway one way or the other or is it a flip of the coin between the Gilmore V2 and Emmeline XP7 w/ps. I'll be using HD555's and Ety ER-4P. I considered the Gilmore Lite w/ps, but I really like the advantage of dual input and 2 headphone out on the V2. Also...- endrun

Good 9cheap) In-Ear phones for use with Karma?
I tried the E2C's and found those uncomfortable (for me), settled on the E3C's, very comfortable and nice sound for my portable devise. Try searching on http://www.pricegrabber.com/ I saw the E3C's for 129.00 lowest price, Etymotic 6i for 133.00.- endrun

"Burn in" myth or fact?
I've been lurking here a while and keep reading reference to "burn in" of headphones and amps, as if there is a maturation process specifically meaning that as current is supplied to electronic components the quality of that set of components increases and ultimately the sonic quality is...- endrun
