HF5 frequency response
Coming from RE0s, which apparently have 5 hz on the hf5s in the lower end and 7000 hz in the upper, my hf5s sound just a little veiled. Is there anything I could find with better frequency response and similar clarity and detail, especially in the mids?- Tefloon

Etymotic HF2 vs HF5
I am looking for a replacement for my deceased RE0s. These two IEMs caught my attention. Is it worth paying a $20 premium for the HF5s? What differences could I expect in sound between these two?- Tefloon

~$100 IEMs with enduring build quality
Now that my RE0s are on their last legs (see also:other thread I made here), what would be a more durable IEM to get as a replacement? I like the clarity of the RE0s but would be willing to sacrifice a little. Better soundstage wouldn't hurt either.- Tefloon

RE0s gaining bass?
Tonight I was listening to my Head Direct RE0s, which I purchased a few months ago. I hear one side starting to fail, and stop listening for a while. I turn them on again, and the side that was going out no longer is. However, they somehow lost a lot of the clarity they are known for and gained...- Tefloon
