I just got off the phone with Ety's customer service, and she said what I was experiencing wasn't normal. Okay this may be a stupid question, but when I bought the Ety 6i's I thought I would be able to use them with an airplane adapter to watch the inflight movies. How do I know it's the revised Ety-6i?
It's definitely hard plastic. I hadn't realized it was the tip getting stuck in people's ears. I thought it was just the flanges. It makes sense now that I can see them. Thanks for the help!- ShowGal
