I contacted them and they told me to verify with Sennheiser under the name Pinnacle Solutions Services, Sennheiser say they are indeed an authorized repair and refurbish retailer, so there's that out of the way. Now it's just deciding wether or not its worth the savings to get a refurbished item

they're at 94% positive, and is in states, but I do agree with soundsgood, a little too good/sketch to be true
