Not for my tastes the 3.0s are way superior for my ears in terms of sound signature. Less bloated bass and better mids to say the least.

I would've actually recommended the Polk Hampdens. I heard those back at CES and they sounded great, especially the bass - clean and substantive bass if you position it correctly. They sounded larger than their physical size if you understand that analogy. But I think Polk's sale is over so you...

my TF10s were drastically uncomfortable so hopefully these will make a decent replacement.

These are very good for the price, I returned these after getting the TF10s but I felt that these were definitely worthy. Definitely more bass than my UE700s, not as clean or detailed but overall, more well rounded.

the tf10s might go on sale again next december but that's the best bet

I still have my UE700s, small light, fairly durable and they produce very clear sound, but lacking on the low end if you're a bass head. I had the SF5 for a few weeks, they didn't stand out to me.  I say go for the 700s.

there are plenty of fake IEMs, nothing hard about it, some even copy every single aspect of the originals aside from sound quality...kinda amazing actually

yeah, means that you will get them eventually, won't cancel on you or anything like that

it's not their frustration free packaging, it's promotional packaging like for artists, events and such   they're new, only reason people are freaking out is because they were planning to flip them for profit    the warranty is the same so there's no reason to care for people who plan to...

they sound pretty decent especially for $30   feel bad for the suckers who paid $140 retail though 

I was going to return these but then they're sounding pretty good so I decided not to, the bass in these > my UE700s so that in itself makes them worth $60 I guess

what do you mean by foam tips? like complys?    two pairs came with my ues but they sorta hurt my ears so I prefer the silicone

these come with straight connectors, its a simple misprint that they some how haven't fixed

they usually don't but for some items they do (they did so (canada) for the turbine deal but tacked on shipping and an import fee)

haven't received mine yet but I've been told to burn these in, they supposedly sound better, more even bass
