I decided to go with the iFrogz Luxe Lean case:   http://ifrogz.com/proddetail.php?prod=IP4GLL   Has a soft velvety feel to it and leaves the top of the phone bare so my ViaBlue connector can fully plug in.  So far so good!

I'd also like to know of an iPhone 4 case with a very large headphone port, or a case which leaves the entire top of the phone bare..  Just received my custom cable to pair with my UE TF10's and realized the Viablue connector does not fully plug in with Apple's Bumper on.    Also, will that...

Just received a pair today and can't distinguish which end is supposed to go into which ear monitor.  One end is red and the other end is blue.  Anyone have any idea as to which side they represent?  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!!
