Aw ye, another one of these, lets go. Two headphones around the same price point that don't need amps. Which is a better buy?

Im looking for some on ear headphones for 100 dollars that do NOT need an amp to sound good, but could be improved with an amp if desired. not looking for a ton of noise leakage either so grados are probs not the best way to go. is the anything besides the bose on ears thats worth buying under 100?
