HiFiMAN RE0 Review (56k warning!)
Except for the "unique concern" and the foam mod, this review is more/less identical to how I felt about the RE0. Small/medium single-flange tips are the way to go.- shamans

Bought a Head Direct RE0. Almost wish I didn't...
For me, RE0 bass improves depending on tips used + burn in time + amp + quality of recording. But of course, there's only so much you can change. All of this just changes it in a minor way. Some people get excited with detail. Some people get excited with warmth + bass. I do find the bass a...- shamans

I cannot for the life of me, change tips.
On the RE0: yes it's not easy, but it's not super difficult either. It requires a bit of practice. The default tips are actually the hardest to put on. I find that you don't have to be gentle on them as long as u don't make any tearing motions. You can literally mash that tip in until it fits. lol.- shamans

poll: foam mod on re0?
For me... Without the foams, there's a slight jump in volume, much less bass, more mids, more treble, better separation/clarity on mids/treble, much less definition and body to the bass. I voted on leaving the foams in since taking them off significantly alters the sound signature and the...- shamans

Compare the sound for me: Klipsch S4 vs. HD RE0 (vs. PFE?)
The bass on the RE0 definitely improves after some use / burn-in.- shamans

Just got off the phone with Logitech CSR...
Yeah I don't imagine Logitech as being a site that is designed to handle a large qty of orders like Amazon's would be.- shamans

Ultimate Ears Triple.fi 10 Earphones for $99 at Amazon!
You can still order it from logitech but I think it'd be under "back order" status and if they discontinue the product before you get yours then they'll cancel the order.- shamans

Ultimate Ears Triple.fi 10 Earphones for $99 at Amazon!
It says "out of stock" on logitech now. I thought about shipping them to the New York border and picking them up from Canada (1.5 hours drive)...Seems like too much effort at the moment.- shamans
