Found this article this morning and thought it was interesting. I am not too excited about the prospects of special headphones just for iPhone. But the idea of having lossless stereo 48 kHz digital is promising. Not sure if connecting a DAC to the iPhone will work but I am hoping.  ...

I currently have the Nuforce uDAC v1 and was thinking about upgrading it to the uDAC 2 by swapping out the board. Is it that big of an upgrade?

I have had these headphones for around a year and love the sound quality but they are not comfortable at all. I have smaller ears and the padding is not thick enough and my ears bottom out on the grill.  I was looking at the V-Moda M80 as a replacement pair or something else around that price if...
