Technics @ radioshack
DH1200 is junk comparing to DJ1200, DH is absolutely un-listenable after listening to DJs. Boomy, no highs, and what even more frustrating - can not be adjusted by any amp or equalization, oh yeah.. tons of volume, but otherwise just plain garbage.- goga

Best closed cans ~300 bux can buy
Ok, I think there are two choices for me now: Sen HD 25 (not SP) or Beyer DT 250-80 as they seam to be well bass driven and priced around the same, which one produces clearer sound over all.- goga

There are Shure E5 on eBay, I guess they would be good pair to get for 300 green ones. Anyone had the pleasure to listen to them? Oh, boy, I am so confused now- goga

Best closed cans ~300 bux can buy
I would not be worried about the ear damage, caz I listen at 1/4 of the volume player can produce (yeah, those DJ are that good in insulation department, I can listen to them with open window on 1/3 very comfortably), that's why I am so on a mission. There is a loss of a bass as you mentioned...- goga

Best closed cans ~300 bux can buy
I would like to get closed phones, because I drive a big rig and need something that does not get penetrated too much with the noise. Till now I was using DJ1200 by Techs, but they were stepped on and after intensive "glue+tape" job they don't look that good anymore ;o) Anyway, after having...- goga

Need a replacement for DJ1200
I'd like to hear A900, read a lot of good stuff about it, but to spend 200 bux to audition one is kind of spendy, even though I probably will, really like the reviews. If they don't have that depth, I can always get Techs again, they are not that spendy as the audiophile ones ;o)- goga

Need a replacement for DJ1200
Hello every buddy. My Technics were stolen, I need to find a replacement if I can. Also need phones that can be plugged into anything without an amp, mostly Diskman or my laptop/PC. Techs were very faithful at that. I am looking for something that has at least same amount of bass. Please...- goga
