Which do you like better, speakers or headphones?

I like both! and I listen to both! Although I would probably prefer a high end speaker setup over a high end headphone setup. LoL, then again, the highest quality headphone I've listened to are my HD570s so haha

How do you store your headphones? Why?

Hi, I have noticed that a lot of people store their headphones hanging upright. Is there a reason for this? Should I be hanging my headphones up while I am burning them in and not using them? If that is the case, then maybe I can start a new project to make a headphone hanger! Thanks! I...

    amplifying headphones w/ different impedance

My old amp has two headphone outputs, one that turns the speakers off, and the other leaves the speakers playing. I plugged in my dad's old Koss Pro4aa (300 Ohm) headphones in one hole and I plugged my sennheiser hd570s (64 Ohm) into the other hole, and they worked ok. Not sure how it's going to...

Hehe nice! You should see the Sansui I found! :P It's my dad's AU-9500 (20+ years old). I think he used to be in this hi-fi stuff, he also had a pair of Koss PRO4A headphones. I want to compare what his old stuff sounds like to the stuff I'll be getting soon Those look pretty nice!
