I fallowed a YouTube video on installing ARISE MAGNUS OPUS which includes V4A. I only use the EQ portion of V4A and don't need with all the rest, it sound great and I'm not monkeying too much with the audio signal.

My DX150 with or without lurkers FW dissent really feel laggy, it's not as snappy as a modern smartphone but fine for DAP. The touchscreen is not the best though. I do have to be tester deliberate with your touched, but that not the same thing as lag. It can be annoying though.

I prefer them EQ'd, but can happily listen to them without if need be. I find them far from unbearable, but better with EQ (bass quantity, vocals). I'm only rocking to 10s, maybe one day I'll also get the 20s.

I no longer own the HE-400i, But have several other planars and the V20/V30 isn't ideal. Planars are usually harder to drive than you think. The impedance is low but the sensitivity is too. It does pretty good with my Audeze LCD2 Classic.

Basically hold the cable in place (look at included pic and you can see) and just put a drop in one spot so you can replace the cable again later if needed.

I had the same issue with my iSine 10s. Got some after market cables hoping they would fit better, but nope. It's the connectors in the headphones themselves, in my case. I just put a little tab of glue on my Penon CS819 cable to keep them from falling out.
