So I came across this CD on Amazon and it has MQA on it. I thought MQA was a lossy compression format. Why would it be included on CDs? Would CDs with MQA still be a worthwhile buy?

So on my Mac I use XLD to import my CDs. But even in Music (iTunes) I'm presented with the same options when importing a CD. How do I know which metadata to choose? How do I know which one matches the CD I'm importing?
