I'm pretty new to HeadFi but I'm gathering that not a lot of us work in production. Any other sound engineers (pro or amateur) around?

I'm not expecting magical transformations in sound quality. I'd just like some recs for affordable cables that are more durable than the flimsy stock cable. A quick search didn't turn up any threads directly on point but if this has already been answered then please point me to the right place.
