Looking to upgrade from my MRD-V6. What are your best suggestions?
So after 6 longs years, the rubber around the cord of my favorite headphones has left the wire exposed. Unfortunately I don't have the tools to repair it (multimeter or soldering gun), so I guess I will take this opportunity to upgrade :). Is this fixable?
I bought these MDR-V6s ~5-6 years ago. They have been great headphones, but the cord has deteriorated away. I've wrapped it in paper and then electrical tape, but I am hoping there may be a more permanent solution or easy way to replace the cable. Any suggestions?- corycorycory
