Recommendations for Over-Ear headphones around $80-100 available in Canada
Preferably at retail outlets as this is for an impatient family member. Previously they used the Philips O'Neill The Stretch but multiple sets have broken under warranty at Future Shop and the product is no longer available. I'm not certain if they'll shop there again but here is the site if...- jthm

Best circumaural or supra-aural noice cancelling headphones for under $125 CAD
Title says it all really. Looking to get these as a gift for someone by Monday of next week. This rules out online stores or the forums here as I imagine shipping will be costly and perhaps not possible in time. However if anyone knows reputable vendors in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario...- jthm

ATH-ES7 issue - right can's wire has come loose and audio cuts out
The cap that secures the wire to the can is cracked and the wire is loose, it can be pushed into the can a fair amount. If I manipulate the wire with my fingers squeezing and pushing it up a bit into the can I can get audio. I'm wondering if this is an issue that can be fixed and if so does it...- jthm

The cord from the left can to the connector snapped. A music shop in my area quoted me $20-$40 CAD for the work but was concerned about finding the right cabling. So my questions are what cable would be preferable for my headphones if I am looking for something cheap and durable and is the quote...- jthm

Hunt me down the best used headphones for $150CAD

New vs. Used Headphones
So it's that time again, my Creative IEMs are useless as the wiring for the right ear managed to pull loose enough from the piece to render it dead. Anyways I am curious as to if it is worth my time to check out some sites for used headphones or if I'm better purchasing brand new. If it helps I...- jthm

Zen Micro vs Rio Karma
I know these are two completely different mediums in respects to DAP. However I think I've decided to get one of the two. Some points they both share are they are well known for sound quality, decent battery life and not an ipod. The Rio obviously has size and gapless going for it while the...- jthm
