Hello, everyone! I'm considering whether to get the Aegis or the HA-300 amplifier. I also plan to purchase the ZMF Atrium, as my ultimate goal in life is to own the Susvara. Could someone please share the pros and cons of both amplifiers, please giude me which way I should go?- moonbst1

Yes, AKM is smoother and not sharp, ( no clean edging ) as much as ESS. But i don’t think AKM is warmer overall. My best pick is akm as well.- moonbst1

Go with V6, SS3602, FM255 or JL1973 those are better than V5i-D. Also you can close the lid.- moonbst1

The usb tester only displays the value when in/out both are connected. Google says GaN usb-c charger (A2743) has a standby power consumption of 0.079w at 220v 50Hz and 0.039w at 110v 60hz.- moonbst1

Asking me making a "Video prove"? Lol~~ :) If you don't want to believe it, you don't need to. Ran the GaN charger test again, the result is the same. As soon as GaN charger was connected to the XD05pro via the usb tester, it automatically recognized or negotiated to 12v even before turn...- moonbst1

Tested Xduoo 05FS1 (12V 2A) Ugreen GaN (100W) Dell ISB-C Laptop Charger (5V/3A, 9V/3A, 15V/3A) Xd05pro can be operated the turbo mode with all power supplies. However 12V output sounds better than 9v, also unit temperature is hotter than 9v operation. (1) Xduoo 05FS1 (2) GaN 100w charger...- moonbst1

MK9 buffer is way more wider and double PCB layers, there is no way to fit this inside of xd05pro unit with door closed. MK8 buffer seems to be the same size as typical empty dip8 socket, but has little bit higher feet.- moonbst1

Guessing, Either JL1973 Dream. or. Sparko SS3602 would be the best if we have to pick the OP amp that can be fit into the unit with door closed.- moonbst1

Try to put the OP amp interface to outside of the XD-05 unit, It would be easier to use any type or any shape of OP amp with xd-05 in future. I assume, mSATA uses the same as mini PCI-e. Otherwise getting 2 of these and use mini PCI-e on both side What everyone think? Does anyone think I can...- moonbst1
