I've heard the demo unit of the A3/!6, which I ordered on the spot. I've also heard the the LCD2 with four different amps and sources. Both headphones are pretty wonderful. To speculate on which one is "better" is just stupid.- boomana

10,000 Word Reviews
Well, and then there is this review: http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/40313/stax-sr-007-omega-ii-a-review-after-4-years-of-ownership It's simply one of the best I've ever read, but it took him four years. I get your point, Monkey, and it seems that some "reviews" tend to be...- boomana

Kindle
I liked my Kindle a lot, but I gave it to my mother after getting my ipad. If I did a lot of reading outside, I would have kept the Kindle, but since I don't, the ipad works best for me, and I don't need both. All my books from the Kindle transferred over with the Kindle app, so that made my...- boomana

iPad-Fi
I've had my ipad for a month now. NPR, NPR music (definitely check out this free app!), Instapaper, Guardian EyeWitness, BBC, NYTimes, Plants vs. Zombies, Netflix, Epicurious, Words with Friends, Atomic browser, getting my Kindle books transferred over...Totally love it. The only thing I wish...- boomana

Anybody watching Rubicon on AMC?
I'm not a big tv fan, and hadn't turned it on since the end of hockey season. Just happened to be procrastinating from doing work on Sunday, turned on the tv, and caught the first two episodes. I might want to follow this one. It held my interest, and I want to find out what happens next.- boomana

What cans do you plan on buying in 2011
None, but I said that I would buy none in 2010, and I bought JH13s, JH3A/16, HF2, and two pair of SRH840s, though I sold my MDR-R10s, both 840s, my UE11s, and an old pair of HD600s, so it evens out. Still, I'm happy with what I have now, and am not looking to buy. I was quite fond of the LCD2s...- boomana

Hi my name is David and I have an addiction problem.
I've bought a decent amount of gear, and at one time had way too many headphones, amps, sources, etc. Much of that was the learning process and needing to own gear for awhile at home before I could get of sense of its qualities as well as a sense what I liked and what I felt was lacking. At...- boomana

Opinions on Tattoos
When I was in college, my friends and I all went to a tattoo place. This was around 1979 or 1980. I was indecisive and didn't get one. My friends all got small tattoos either on their ankles, upper back near their shoulders, or just below their panty line on their bellies. Now that we're all...- boomana
