The discovery thread!
The current CEO places no value on design. He put an operations manager in charge of Apple’s design efforts and hired the guy who invented the E-Trade baby to put in charge of Apple’s ad campaigns. Design has been completely devalued at Apple and the result is these lifeless, featureless and...- Surf Monkey

Symphonium Titan - Impressions and reviews
Titan on R4 works pretty well; especially for something that small (that isn't a dongle connected to your phone) I don't have one yet but have tried and do intend to get one p.s. it also works pretty well for Helios and Singularity- Mattyjm

...with the gears I already have. It is pure none sense the experts don't even do their homework on what people already own and use. I consider the ipod shuffle the starting point of the very basic bottom of the barrel performance and feature as compared to recent releases. I know, it's too easy.- Ynot1

This was measured using ipod touch which has 32 ohm output impedance, right? Was this caused by the damping factor? I don't hear the ringing.- andnej

iPod mini (1st gen) trouble
Sorry to hear that friend, I use an ipod nano now and again and it can really be infuriating. I've never experienced my nano not booting but I've definitely had to reset it a few times when plugging it into a new pc (only wiping music if between 2 windows pc's) but if I want to use it with a...- Grom781

Earbuds Round-Up
Welcome to the flathead earbuds thread! :) What is your budget? What type of sound signature do you enjoy? Do you have a preference in types of shells? These are fairly important questions because there is a huge variety of buds that you can choose from. Having said that, the first set that...- samandhi
