On sale are Sennheiser IE 800. I bought them from fellow Head-fier few months ago, who is original owner. He bought them from Amazon UK. They are in good condition. They are almost excellent, but since they are originally bought new in 2017, I opted for "good". They ship with original carrying...- KowalskiFUT

Yes, I guess dealing with my country's customs got me tired of thinking about shipping again, buying again, and paying customs again. :(- KowalskiFUT

JH Audio Layla Impressions Thread
Guys, does anyone know is there anyone who repairs JH IEMs? I just bought Angie V1 which "came" with "unglued" parts of faceplate cover, and one of the faceplate cover has crack over one of the "unglued bubble" area. I sent email to JH service, but after that read on website that they don't...- KowalskiFUT

Luxury & Precision (LP) Portable USB DAC/AMP W1 and W2 (The new W2-131 Version is Available, Related Info on Post #1)
Don't get me wrong, but I have heard famous sentence "It sounds x times better than y times more expensive equipment" million times, so I don't trust those concepts anymore. I believe it sounds very good though.- KowalskiFUT

Luxury & Precision (LP) Portable USB DAC/AMP W1 and W2 (The new W2-131 Version is Available, Related Info on Post #1)
Just bought S1, but it is great to see small DAC/Amp market developing. For all of us who don't want DAP, these are excellent and cheaper alternative. W2 looks great, but S1 sounds very good, is cheaper, and I just trust and support Lotoo as a company. W2 has a lot of power for a small device...- KowalskiFUT

Lotoo PAW S1 - Designed for HIFI on the go with Lotoo PAW quality and the first USB DAC-AMP with dual 3.5mm & 4.4mm output
Mate, most important thing is to always, ALWAYS, trust your own ears. Because in this hobby it is easy to become passive zombie that bites and buys the hype. People compulsive buy things they dont need, because they are in belief that they sound better for some mythical golden ears of some other...- KowalskiFUT

Lotoo PAW S1 - Designed for HIFI on the go with Lotoo PAW quality and the first USB DAC-AMP with dual 3.5mm & 4.4mm output
Got my S1 today. Listening with IE800, will try with JH Angie later this week, or the next one. I find it excellent device. A lot, but really LOT better than Dragonfly Red. Somebody above described DFR as 2-dimensional, and it is best description of it I heard. S1 has stage depth, and that alone...- KowalskiFUT

Got 11 Pro Max, and it has, like generation or two of models before, some crap Intel antenna; instead of Qualcomm. So that may be the reason.- KowalskiFUT

Lotoo PAW S1 - Designed for HIFI on the go with Lotoo PAW quality and the first USB DAC-AMP with dual 3.5mm & 4.4mm output
Ordered S1, to use with IE800, and JH Angie. Anyone tried it with these IEMs? :) Currently using DFR, but will sell it. From everything I read, S1 is significant upgrade, and I always drooled over Lotoo DAPs, so this also has sentimental value. :)- KowalskiFUT

EUropean budget (€50-€150) IEMs
We have less brands than the others, but the best ones. :) :) P.S. Rabljene Massdrop Plus su odlične, ali su made in USA. :) P.P.S. If I was buying EU IEMs, I would buy Polish or Romanian product. Great sounding IEMs, and I support "New Europe" products whenever I can.- KowalskiFUT

FlaresPro/FlaresGold by Flare Audio
Got answer from Flare. They dont repair R2A/S/Pro series any more. It is shocking that they released a 400 GBP IEMs that were built so terribly, and cannot repair it because they dont have spare parts no more. And for the end (drums rolling)... they offered me 20 percent discount on Jet IEMS...- KowalskiFUT

Sennheiser IE800 IEM's
Mine too has only one "big" click. This very silent one is probably because I still pull slightly connector out and return it in.- KowalskiFUT

Sennheiser IE800 IEM's
Split on yours is definitely wider than on mine. Mine split is wide as yours when I just slightly remove two parts, right before 2.5 connector starts coming out. Thats why I hope that during usage by original owner, plastic around 2.5 connector or female side somehow displaced.- KowalskiFUT

Sennheiser IE800 IEM's
I know, but split on my pair is quite tight. On other legit pair pictures it looks a bit wider. Also bear in mind that this is photo taken on natural sun light. In darker places, "in shadow", it seems even tighter than on this photo. :weary:- KowalskiFUT

Sennheiser IE800 IEM's
Everything else is 100 percent same as is on all genuine pictures. I compared everything there was on a quite elaborate thread about recognising fake and real IE800. Only this "too tight" split is "problem".- KowalskiFUT

Sennheiser IE800 IEM's
I bought IE800 a while ago. I love them, and checked all those fake tests, photo comparisons. I am quite convinced that these are legit, but would like to add few photos. Because I have concerns. :( We are now arriving at the number 1 concern photo: As you can see, the split between...- KowalskiFUT
