Looks like TRN looked at the forgotten colorful world IEMs by Fearless (Barcelona, Provence and Shangri-La) and thought decorating the DD was a cute marketing gimmick. But TRN's accessory game is no gimmick, it's the best I've seen for the coin and unmatched, it's shame their tuning is subpar...- WAON303

I've always wanted to own a Softears Twilight because the FR is something I'd probably really enjoy but at $930, it's a no from me. Maybe I'll try classifieds one day, I've seen them go for around $550 on average.- WAON303

The Starfield and JD7 are a tie for me but Starfield won points for nostalgia. Zero Red is very solid but I prefer a less distinct bass shelf which seems to be uncommon among audiophiles. The Volume sounded really bright to me for some reason hence the low placement. I think this set has...- WAON303

I see two unknown sony earbuds, one of the buds in the bottom 3rd row looks like a CCA CST, the IEM on the far right of the 2nd row might be a NiceHCK NX7 MK4. There's probably a random KZ in that pile somewhere- WAON303

New Adonis model is now live: https://aliexpress.com/item/1005006960434996.html Timmy listened to a demo, said bass was bloated. I (And probably most people.) thought about the same thing but it's not out of the ordinary to have the Volare @ $600 when the Shuoer EJ07M has x4 sonion ESTs and retailed for around the same coin. If I'd hazard a guess, the Volare might be using cheaper BAs to save $$$, maybe custom bellsings...- WAON303

$299 is pretty competitive pricing, I expected these to be maybe $425 because the Vulkan was $379 when it came out (Same driver config.) plus collab commissions. This is good for DUNU because they tend to be uncompetitive with their IEM pricing in general.- WAON303

I've heard Bellsings were made by Knowles ex-employees who left the company to make Knowles BA clones. People often call Sonion BAs the best in the market but are Knowles noticeably better than Bellsings?- WAON303

TRN charging 30 bucks for a seven driver set is kinda wild. Makes you wonder how much the BAs cost, probably cents assuming there are 5 BAs on each side- WAON303

I enjoy listening to my set and it's probably the most resolving set I've heard so far, really a tossup between the S8 and IE600. The S8 is a rather niche listen IMO, there's very little mid bass and mids are borderline shouty. Now discontinued and not really worth getting your hands on one...- WAON303

How long til Sony releases a successor to the Z1R? It's been on my radar for years but there's a lot of stuff nowadays for less. I'm getting a flagship IEM if I don't upgrade my old Dell laptop later this year. I don't wanna buy a Z1R and then Sony announces a successor 3 days after.- WAON303

The Yanyin Moonlight comment sounds like something Crin would comment and then say absolutely NOT! when he looks up the price.. People who can easily demo sets are pretty darn blessed, not having to make any leap of faiths when deciding on sets is an underrated advantage.- WAON303

Everything on offer look like generic, nameless products bought from Ali or Taobao and rebranded to be sold at a premium. 250$ for a pair of IEMs that probably retail for around fifty or maybe even less than that. I'm not a basshead but I don't have any basshead IEMs on hand. Meteor has quite a bit of bass, but I wouldn't call the Meteor a true basshead IEM. Pretty sure Precog will review the Titan, interested to see what people think of this set.- WAON303

The rusty Aria 2 nozzle is probably due to heat and humidity, I own a Mangird Tea 2 and Kbear Diamond with oxidized nozzles and live in a humid place. You'd think Moondrop would improve build quality given that the Starfield and Aria was plagued by build quality issues but nope.- WAON303
