Watches - another passion of ours, it seems...post your pics!
Probably the most legible watch I own. Still not particularly a huge fan of the cyclops, but it looks less intrusive on a white dial - Ziadax

Single Dynamic Driver Lovers Discussion
I mean in all honesty the u12t is tuned better and I think performs at a higher technical level than the 900. While the 900 does bass and treble really well a lot of people found the dip in the upper mids (not enough pinna gain?) to sound strange and eventually become a dealbreaker. In an ideal...- Ziadax

New Bang & Olufsen Beoplay EX Released
I've had these for a few days, couldn't get a great seal with the stock tips, settled on the Spiral Dot++ tips for a better seal and a bit more mids presence. Not all tips will go well with this set due to the limited space in the charging case inhibiting contact with the charging pins for...- Ziadax

Single Dynamic Driver Lovers Discussion
IE900 (AET07 tips) has taken the throne of best single dynamic for me from the near 10 year ruler EX1000. Honorable mentions go to the EX800ST/MDR7550, JVC Woodie FX850, and the Beyerdynamic Xelento. No real itch to try anything other than the IE600 which is rumored to have a more pleasing...- Ziadax

Campfire Audio all new Polaris
For those of you looking for a v1 seems like the deals site has them in stock now which can be discounted further with the sales event. I'm honestly tempted to grab myself a pair since these were one of my favorite hybrids for a long time and like a lot of people I regret selling mine years...- Ziadax

Sennheiser IE900 Review, Measurements, & Harman Target Talk
So I've gotten a pair of these for a few weeks now so a couple of thoughts. Having to give up my Z1R due to fit issues was truly tragic because until the IE900 I haven't been able to find anything to impress me the same way (except the u12t but that one's more for reference listening). The...- Ziadax

Grand Seiko SBGV245 on nylon (took this a while ago so wrong date). Reliable in my experience to about +/- 2-3s per 6 months until I adjust for DST. The seconds hands perfectly hitting each indice is also extremely satisfying. Grand Seiko you gotta start coming out with better official names...- Ziadax

Rank the IEM's you've heard
1a. Sony IER-Z1R - Best bass and treble I've heard to date, unfortunately could never adjust to fit. Wish the mids were more forward but just tuning preference. 1b. 64A u12t (M15 Module) - Most well rounded between technical and enjoyable. What I wanted the Andromeda OG to sound like but didn't...- Ziadax

Sony EX1000 Review and Impressions Thread (with comparisons to FX700, GR10 and e-Q5)
It doesn't matter how good something sounds if your ears are screaming in pain after 30 minutes  But I would say that the tuning is very different from the EXK. It's far more U/V shaped sounding than the EXK was. The bass felt more thumpy than the EXK especially in the subbass...- Ziadax

Sony EX1000 Review and Impressions Thread (with comparisons to FX700, GR10 and e-Q5)
I pulled out my EXK last night to listen again after about a month without using them. Along with the massive soundstage and my ideal bass response, I was reminded again of how well it scales macrodynamics and conveys a sense of realism in what I listen to.- Ziadax

I'd say take a look at the various Edifice models if you like the classic analogue watch look, and if your budget allows, the Oceanus line as well. If you like digital displays, the classic line is tried and true as well (F-91W,etc). I'd recommend G-shock, but a lot of their cheaper models have...- Ziadax

Sony EX1000 Review and Impressions Thread (with comparisons to FX700, GR10 and e-Q5)
Honestly you may be right. While I've definitely heard some impressive technicalities from pure DD models a lot of them have less than pleasing tonality that starts getting to you after the honeymoon phase of "oh wow all the microdetails". The M9 might just be the best compromise of near top...- Ziadax

I can't really say there's an HD600 of watches other than the tried and true Seiko 5 series, as they're the workhorse movement that everyone knows. In terms of durability, G-shocks are still pretty much the king of being indestructible - but in general quartz movements are inherently more sturdy...- Ziadax

Just discovered this thread exists. My super thin yet durable daily driver. I work around chemicals (some very corrosive) a lot so I'd rather not expose my more expensive timepieces around them  Reference: Casio Edifice EFR-S108D- Ziadax

Sony IER-M9 impressions thread
So I picked up a pair of these recently to replace a pair of the Z1R's I had to let go a while back due to a terrible and painful fit. I think these actually are the upgrade to the EX-1000 overall that I was looking for other than the bass and soundstage, I still think the EXK bass is the best...- Ziadax

A little about the Campfire Audio Jupiter
Looking back I'd still argue that the Jupiters are extremely technically proficient at what they do, but the tonality came off a bit wonky due to the gap in the lower mids. The Andromedas mostly fixed this but in terms of pure resolution I think they were pretty close. From what I've read so far...- Ziadax
