I'm just started using a similar setup for the source and processing (Aries G2, M-Scaler, TT2) but I've got it going into actives (ATC SCM40A). I think they actually represent very good value and the sound is great. I'd definitely consider actives with that front end.

Sensitivity is not optimal, but for smaller room and sensible loudness might be OK. But what's the point in pairing quite different quality levels of gear? I think, transducers should take at least 40 % of the total setup cost.

@Toonartist, our condo is wired with fiber optic cable. Coming out of the wall it’s our cable providers router > L-Com CAT6 Ethernet cable > D-Link network switch > ENO Ethernet System Ag > ROON Nucleus.

...what folk are trying to work out is, how can you utilise the 18W from balanced? Given most of us have only two connections from out speakers. It that can be done then it's party time for most folk. Or alternatively try find the least coloured amplifier. The PMC Cor is supposed to be like that.
