I find this EQ setting quite good with the XC using the Loki mini + I don’t touch the treble cause I actually find the treble tonality to be quite good. Overall if I may say. I think the XC will stay with me for good. Proper EQ allows the XC to be more genre diverse.

Yeah guys. I do agree. EQ is an absolute must. I’m using the Schiit Loki Mini + which is a very broad 4-band analog Equalizer. It is awesome. Haven’t looked back and the Loki saved me from selling the LCD XC. Boy am I glad I didn’t do that. 😌

The relationship or amount of voltage and current is very dependent on the original D-8000. It obviously is not hard to drive, but my goodness it needs some serious refined power. Weather people want to believe it or not, the D-8000 OG is very picky with amplification, but when you get it right...

Gave the Kara some larger feet. I don’t think it looks that bad. I like that it gets more height and has better symmetry (looks wise) with the rest of my equipment.

Hi. I apologize. I see your point now. I just run local files on SD cards and seldomly use Apple Music. Both red and green show up on the LED wheel no problem. Blue ? Not so much. Even if I’m using or hearing an MQA file.
