New Loaner Program from AmericaHiFi - Cyrus ONE HD Amplifier - AND REVIEWS!

I'm in Washington and I'm interested. I am not familiar with Cyrus Audio - but I just looked over the PDF of your product and it looks like something I would have fun testing. I'd love to see how this stacks up for my 2.1 speaker setup and as a headphone amp. Does the amp have an LFE Sub input...

**Hifiman HE-400 Impressions and Discussion Thread**

The right connector’s gone on my HE400 cable. Anyone know a solid replacement cable for these that is reasonably priced? Hifiman’s OEM price for their cable is ridiculous, and out of stock.

    The Beyerdynamic DT880 Discussion thread

I’ll chime in on the 250 vs 600 ohm debate even though over time, its been beaten to death in this thread. I’ve owned a 250ohm Pro since 2013 and 2 pairs of 600 ohms Premiums (one got stolen not too long ago). Always thought they were indistinguishable apart from a bit more tightness in the bass...

Formula 1-fi (Read the First Post!)

Havent posted in this thread in a while. Will be interesting to see who the replacement is. Im sure Merc’s got their reserve drivers in place but whoever gets to drive that W11 will be one lucky lad. That said, if Merc want, I’m free. I’ll even pay for my own ticket there :)

    Chord Mojo DAC-amp ☆★►FAQ in 3rd post!◄★☆

Yes, checked both of those and they're fine. Checked with different cable, devices etc. I've had the unit for less than a month. I don't think the problem here is damage from the port but rather the internal USB decoder not working.

    Chord Mojo DAC-amp ☆★►FAQ in 3rd post!◄★☆

Hey guys, has anyone had problems with the USB input on their Mojo? The Data USB input port suddenly stopped working. Power USB port works (and charges device) but doesn't transmit data. I'm currently running through the Optical input, but USB data does not seem to transmit at all, regardless...

    Audio GD NFB-11.28 vs R2R 11

The R2R 11 pairs extremely well with my 600ohm DT880's. The warmer nature of the R2R takes the edge off the treble (ever so slightly) - makes them really sing. Bass is very well extended and controlled, overall sound is very clear and airy. I don't think you can go wrong with the pairing.

    The Beyerdynamic DT880 Discussion thread

I think pairing them with a warm amp helps a lot with them especially in taking the edge off. I have an R2R 11 and it seems to pair very well with the Beyers.

    The Beyerdynamic DT880 Discussion thread

Hello DT880 owners I recently purchased a 600-ohm DT880 Edition after having owned a Pro a long while back and giving it to a relative. This headphone is just as much of a bargain now as when I first got it. Great bass with super quick decay, clear midrange, and a nice upper-end extension. This...

    Audio GD NFB-11.28 vs R2R 11

Funnily enough DSD is working fine for me. I use Foobar mostly but I tried it with JRiver and it persisted. Also, the problem seems to have gone now. Absolutely no idea what fixed this. I know for a fact that its not player-associated problem.

    Sony MDR MA900 Impressions Thread

Follow up on the DT880 pads. So I swapped them onto my MA900's a week ago and although they are somewhat similar to the stock pads in terms of sound (the freq. graph @cskippy posted above is very useful), they've kinda made me less fond of my MA900's. The pads add a couple treble peaks around...

    Audio GD NFB-11.28 vs R2R 11

I must say I've never heard mids quite like this before. My HD650's are absolutely singing with the R2R. Vocals sound very lifelike and natural, I was listening to Mobb Deep's Hell on Earth and was really impressed by the vocals.

    Audio GD NFB-11.28 vs R2R 11

Just rushed back home to see my R2R arrived. Installed the drivers, plugged in my 650's, and played some MQA tracks on Tidal. The unit is built extremely well, and the knob feels very premium. Sound-wise. initial impressions are very good. The R2R is very resolving and detailed without shoving...

    Audio GD NFB-11.28 vs R2R 11

Very intrigued by the R2R 11. Considering buying it as a replacement to my recently-broken LH Labs Geek Out V2 as my main source/amp. Can anyone comment on how it pairs with the HD650's and DT880/250?
