Same boat. First ZMFs. Quite excited. Figured the only way to handle the wait was to double down on the wait by ordering upgraded cables from Norne. Norne has long wait times, so worse come to worse, maybe I burn both in at the same time. The logic made sense at the time at least.

Although it would be time consuming, I'd love to see more FR graphs on the ZMF website for recently available recommended pads. Given the wide range of user impressions due to individual hearing response, triangulating with measurements would help me better understand the pads. Case in point...

Its my understanding from browsing the 2023 ZMF NOV thread that demo units will have it embossed on the headband. I suspect the RMs (review models) have it as well from seeing 'DEMO' embossed in video reviews.

...... To answer my own question from earlier about whether the demo units for sale have 'DEMO' embossed on the headband or not: Yes they do. Scrolled through images from the ZMF NOV 2023 thread and checked user photos of the headphones they received. Figured I'd pass along this info to others...

Do the demo units for sale have 'DEMO' embossed on the headband? I've seen video reviews of ZMFs where the unit sent out for review has this feature. I have a slight preference against this and can't tell from the pictures posted for tomorrow's drop.
