    Baroque 'cellist (can sometimes be talked into the occasional "modern" gig as well).

    In addition to 'cello, play lute and Baroque guitar. Other passions: Greenland style sea kayaking/boat building/paddle carving, chess, reading, cross country skiing, cycling, hiking/backpacking, writing poetry.

    For headphone use, I only use my laptop (laptop also has its own non-portable complete speaker/amp system). FLAC/MP3, optical drive, Pandora radio.

    Computer also has its own Schiit Bifrost DAC.

    HD600 phones use HD650 cable. DH Labs Silver Sonic digital USB (main system uses coaxial DH Labs digital cable for its own Schiit Bifrost).
