So I've been looking for a pair of headphones for around $150- $160. I'm currently stuck on the m80's and the 780's. I mainly listen to Hip Hop and Rap. I'm looking for a bit of noise isolation and bass, not too much though. If you guys have any other headphones to recommend I wouldn't mind...

Oh so the 780's are more balanced? Is the bass difference between the 2 noticeable?

Which headphones would be better for mainly Hip Hop and R&B? The Ultrasone HFI- 780, Pro 550, Pro 580's or the Ath m50's? Or any you guys would suggest. I have a budget of around $150.

The M80's were claimed to be very small, I'ma look at the DT-770's.

I looked at those earlier and many mentioned the Build Quality for those are subpar. And I'm not too gentle so..

Pretty much looking for a rich sound, nice bass. I mainly listen to Hip Hop/R&B. So XB700's out of the questions? And I've looked around and the 780's were pretty much the best overall.

I'm currently in a dilemna on which one to buy. The HFI- 780 or the Sony XB-700. the 780's cost about $20 more or so, but it doesn't really matter. Which one in reality is better?

On the HFi-780's how's the tight fit? Would it be able to fit a big guy?

I was looking at the V-modas m80, and many reviews said they were a bit small for people with big heads, and I'm a pretty big guy. So those are out.

So the XB700's aren't worth it? Oh, I also prefer over the ear headphones.
