So I'm not that much of an IEM person, but I do wholly recommend that you flash a new ROM on your captivate with the Voodoo audio patch. The difference is tangible with FLAC files but I don't think it processes 24/96.

I have no experience with UPS but this is discouraging. On the other hand, USPS has been very reliable if a little slow. Hell they even shipped straight to Lebanon! That said, if I want speed, I use Aramex. It does cost me though.

I'd go for the XBA-03 if the price is right. Wanna try some Balanced Armature headphones. Maybe the XBA-02 as well.
